Privacy Policy
BridgeAI respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect
Account details (such as email and sign-in method), subscription status, and on-device preferences (language pair, quota, keyboard settings). Only the current text you submit for translation — typed, pasted, or a voice transcript you choose to translate — is sent to our translation service. Optional culture tips are generated from that same submitted text, not from the rest of the chat.
What we don’t collect
We cannot read LINE, WhatsApp, Messenger, or iOS Messages threads, and we do not build a conversation-memory layer from host-app chat. We do not store full chat histories. Translation cache stays on your device and is keyed to the sentence you translated plus the language pair — not your chat history. System dictation is handled by Apple — BridgeAI does not keep a recording archive of your voice.
Full Access
iOS keyboard Full Access lets the keyboard call the translation service over the network and share settings with the BridgeAI app (language pair, quota, sign-in). We do not use it to silently monitor all of your typing, or to scrape other apps’ conversations.
Chinese input (on your device)
Cantonese 速成 (Sucheng) and 筆畫 (Stroke) run on your device using the open-source Rime (librime) input engine. Composition and candidates are not uploaded for that purpose. Text you choose to translate is still sent to the translation service.
Third parties
Sign-in may use Apple, Google, or a secure authentication service. Purchases go through the App Store / Google Play. Translation may be processed by cloud AI providers. Each is governed by their own policies.
Your choices
You can sign out, permanently delete your account in the app under Settings → Account, or turn off keyboard Full Access in system Settings. Some features (such as translation) will not work without Full Access.

我們收集什麼
帳戶資料（例如電郵、登入方式）、訂閱狀態，以及裝置上的偏好（語言對、配額、鍵盤設定）。只有你而家主動送去翻譯嘅文字——打出嚟、貼上，或你選擇翻譯嘅語音稿——會送到翻譯服務。可選嘅文化提示都只根據呢句，唔會用聊天室其餘內容。
我們不收集什麼
鍵盤讀唔到 LINE、WhatsApp、Messenger 或 iOS 訊息嘅對話串，亦唔會為宿主 App 聊天建立對話記憶層。我哋唔會儲存完整聊天紀錄。翻譯快取只留喺你部機，用「你譯嗰句 + 語言對」做鑰匙，唔係用聊天紀錄。系統聽寫由 Apple 處理，BridgeAI 唔會保存你嘅錄音。
完整取用（Full Access）
iOS 鍵盤「完整取用」係為咗讓鍵盤經網絡呼叫翻譯服務，以及同 BridgeAI App 同步設定（語言對、配額、登入）。我哋唔會用佢喺背景監控你所有輸入，亦唔會抓取其他 App 嘅對話。
中文輸入（裝置內）
廣東話「速成」同「筆畫」喺你嘅裝置上運作，使用開源中文輸入引擎 Rime（librime）。組字同候選字唔會為此單獨上傳。你主動翻譯嘅文字仍會送去翻譯服務。
第三方
登入可能經由 Apple、Google 或安全嘅登入服務。購買經 App Store / Google Play。翻譯可能經由雲端 AI 服務處理。各自受其私隱政策約束。
你的選擇
你可以登出、喺 App「設定 → 帳戶」永久刪除帳戶，或在系統設定關閉鍵盤完整取用。關閉後部份功能（例如翻譯）將無法使用。

Full Access
