Email us
Write to sylabs2026@gmail.com. Please include: the email you signed in with (email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google), and/or the name shown on Profile, plus your device and iOS version. For an App Store purchase, restore, or subscription, also include the Apple ID email that paid. Never send your password.
In the app (preferred)
Open BridgeAI → Settings → Contact & feedback. Leave a message. Fill the reply-email field with the address you signed in with (Apple, Google, or password). Mention your Profile name if you remember it. For App Store purchase, restore, or subscription, type the Apple ID email that paid in the message.
Keyboard setup (iPhone / iPad)
Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add BridgeAI. English, Thai, and Chinese (Quick / Stroke) typing runs on the device. It works without Full Access and without a network. Turn on Allow Full Access only when you want translation, paste, or sharing keyboard settings with the BridgeAI app.
Why Full Access?
Full Access lets the keyboard call our server over HTTPS for translation (and paste / settings sync). We do not use it to monitor all typing or other apps. BridgeAI never auto-sends; you preview first. Path: Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → BridgeAI → Allow Full Access.
No network — can I still type?
Yes. The keyboard types offline. Translation needs three things: a network connection, a signed-in BridgeAI account, and Full Access. Airplane mode or no signal: keep typing; the translate control cannot translate until you are back online.
Common questions
After a TestFlight or App Store update, iOS often turns Full Access off — turn it on again if you need translation. The in-app Help screen (Settings → Help) has the same steps in English, 繁中, and ไทย.

設定 → 一般 → 鍵盤 → 鍵盤 → 加入 BridgeAI。打字（英文、泰文、速成／筆畫）喺部機度完成，唔使完整取用，亦唔使網絡。要喺鍵盤度翻譯、貼上、同 App 同步設定，先開 允許完整取用。
點解要開完整取用？
完整取用係等鍵盤可以用 HTTPS 連我哋伺服器做翻譯（同埋貼上／同步設定）。我哋唔會用嚟監察你全部打字或其他 App。BridgeAI 從不自動傳送；你會先預覽。路徑：設定 → 一般 → 鍵盤 → 鍵盤 → BridgeAI → 允許完整取用。
冇網絡仲打唔打到字？
打到。鍵盤離線都可以打字。翻譯要三樣：網絡、已登入 BridgeAI、同埋完整取用。飛航模式／冇訊號：照打字；翻譯掣要上網先譯到。
常見問題
TestFlight／App Store 更新之後，iOS 好多時會關返完整取用——要翻譯就再開一次。App 入面「說明」（設定 → 說明）有同樣步驟（英文／繁中／ไทย）。

ทำไมต้อง Full Access?
